NEW! Racetrack classes are for anyone looking for flexibility. With a new group starting their 1-hour class every 15 minutes, it's never been easier to fit a workout into your schedule!
Each workout will consist of 6 to 9 HIIT stations a.k.a. "miles."

Make no mistake about it, these classes are anything but regular! This is just how we refer to our original Fit Shop schedule of 1-hour workouts with 15 minutes in between each class. Workshops & special events will go by this format too.

THE BURNOUT 2.0
The Fit Shop was founded on The Burnout, and we gave it an upgrade. This non-stop cardio class will no longer just be the kickboxing you've come to expect. Some days you'll be using our new Pilates equipment and others you may only use bands, but one thing you'll always do? MELT THAT FAT!
TUNED UP RACETRACK
The Tuned Up Racetrack is a Racetrack Remix of our original Tune Up strength training class. This class blends strength exercises with conditioning movements to ensure a functional total body workout in every class.
The Supercharged Racetrack is a Racetrack Remix of our original Supercharge cardio and strength combo class. This class combines The Burnout 2.0 and the Tune Up, so in one stop you'll get your cardio and strength training.
The Freestyle Racetrack is our newest class designed to level-up the original Racetrack. While you won't see any boxing, who knows what your trainer will throw your way!? Expect the unexpected and show up ready for a fun and exciting challenge!
